Cannot connect to server

Is everyone else finding it incommunicable to enter the game later logging on?
Every fourth dimension i click play on the graphic symbol select screen i get error message "CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER". I'one thousand a level 30 necromancer and have spent many happy hours playing w101 so this is quite frustrating.

THis is happenning to me also . VERY FRUSTRATING > not sure how to prepare.

This same trouble keeps happening to my son besides. I have no Thought how to set it and would similar to so we tin play over again. I tin can get on my game simply fine but he cant get on his. If anyone knows why this is PLEASE help. He really likes having a game to play with mom while I'one thousand at piece of work every bit I like to play with him. I'1000 out of town for work from time to time and it allows me to play with him when he tin can get on. Thank you

If you lot have any questions or concerns regarding game or account matters, please send an email to: support@wizard101.com. Please include your account username and a DxDiag.

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user'due south hardware, also as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If y'all are asked for this information in an e-mail, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal reckoner.

To create a dxdiag.txt only go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run it's form, click "Save all Information" and it volition output a txt file that you can attach to your e-mail.

I dont even get it to play. I click login and information technology says this:Magician 101 has encountered an fault. This should be temporary. Please try once more.

This mistake could be caused by temporary game maintenance or an internet outage. Delight cheque your internet connection and effort again. You may demand to restart your estimator to resolve the issue.

If you continue to see errors, please contact client back up and refer to Solution 109 by clicking here.

I checked my firewall and i immune wizard.com and the graphical client. I tin can go online then i take internet connection. Please help me
